BWA Company Retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains

Last week, the BWA team took a brief respite from office life and headed to Venture Valley, located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, for a three-day company retreat. Out in the middle of the redwoods, we took a step back and reflected on the work that we do here at BWA. Through a well planned itinerary that included a variety of activities and presentations, we were able to build our skills as a team; learn from each other and our various areas of expertise; discuss our history, goals and plans for the future; strategize on ways to grow and improve; and even have some fun along the way. Overall, it was a refreshing reminder to us all why we are part of this team together – a deep personal and professional commitment to making a Better World.
