BWA is Expanding its Team in San Francisco!
John Drefahl joins BWA as Senior Interactive Designer, bringing with him over 15 years of experience as a web developer and digital media consultant. Prior to joining BWA, John was Senior Creative Developer for AKQA where he developed and deployed interactive mobile and web experiences for Target, Red Bull, and YouTube brands. He has also freelanced for a wide variety of companies, including well known names like Genentech, Oracle, Apple, UPS, and Vodafone, among others.
As an expert programmer with a deep understanding of the new media landscape, John will contribute substantial insight to BWA’s digital endeavors.
Max Tsai joins BWA as Operations/IT Manager. Max previously worked in IT at a large biotech firm where he managed the datacenter and provided hardware and software maintenance and training. Max graduated from CSU East Bay with a BA in Finance and Accounting and is currently studying to earn professional certifications in networking and security.
Ken Mau is BWA’s new Web Developer. For the past three years, Ken has developed websites as a freelancer for a variety of non-profits such as the Healthy Trucking Association of America and Birmingham Museum of Art. He also worked as a Marketing Intern for HMS Advantage Solutions where he worked on web development and customer lead generation. He attended Mississippi State University where he earned a BBA in International Business and Marketing as well as a BA in Spanish.
