BWA Welcomes Two New Interns

BWA is happy to introduce two new team members, Miki Chea and Gina McHugh, to the San Francisco and New York offices respectively.

Miki has a diverse background in health, social media marketing and social services. She recently graduated with a Masters of Public Health from San Francisco State University, where she is also currently working to obtain an Integrated Marketing certificate. Miki believes that social media is powerful and can be highly effective when it is included in the marketing mix for a campaign. She founded Miki’s Pantry on YouTube, which focuses on teaching youth how to cook and eat healthy.

Gina graduated from the University of Central Florida, where she earned a BA in Advertising and Public Relations from the Nicholson School of Communication, along with minor certificates in Business and Sociology. She previously interned at the PR firm, Vantage Communications. After graduation, Gina’s eagerness to jump into the advertising industry led her to move to the thriving city of New York. As an intern at BWA, she is thrilled to contribute to a number of campaigns including HIV Stops With Me, Don’t Be Silent About Smoking, and Foster Kids Are Our Kids.
