HIV STOPS WITH ME Spokesmodel Featured in NEXT Magazine 

The current issue of Next Magazine – New York City’s premiere weekly gay guide – features an article with Jahlove, an HIV STOPS WITH ME campaign spokesmodel. Jahlove recounts what it is like to be a part of the campaign, from becoming a local celebrity being recognized on the street to what living with HIV means to him personally. HIV STOPS WITH ME is one of the longest running and most highly evaluated HIV prevention campaigns in the country. It aims to prevent the spread of HIV while also reducing the stigma associated with the disease. The current phase of the campaign encourages the treatment of HIV through respect, love, medications and condoms because "you can be HIV positive and still be as beautiful as you can imagine" says Jahlove. The campaign is currently running in 3 states including New York, Maryland and Virginia. Jahlove proudly lives in New York City.
