“Where’s the Love?” Won a Gold 2012 Davey Award!

We are proud to announce that our Where's the Love? campaign has won a Gold 2012 Davey Award for Cause Marketing in the category Integrated Campaigns. Where's the Love? is the fifth phase of our Foster Kids Are Our Kids campaign, which is funded by Voices for Illinois Children. The goal of the campaign is to expose the negative outcomes that foster children face when there is a lack of care, understanding and love. This mufti-faceted phase of the campaign has run statewide in Illinois as a televised PSA, print ads, billboards and public transit ads. It also features an in-depth website exploring the stigma and long-term issues foster kids face, and details how audience members can reverse negative outcomes for children in foster care. Outreach collateral including lenticular postcards, grocery bags, stickers and buttons were also distributed and social media elements included a Facebook Page and online banner ads.

The Davey Awards honor “Small Firms with Big Ideas.” This is the fifth year in a row that Better World has been bestowed an award by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.
